While we strive for perfection, there may be rare occasions when a printing job does not meet a customer’s expectations. To address such situations, we have established this policy.
Understanding Our Personalized Services
Unlike generic products sold in stores, our services at Zenith Print Solutions are highly personalized. Each print job is customized to meet the specific needs of our customers.
For instance, a brochure ordered from us will contain images and data unique to your design and layout. A visiting card will bear your name and company logo. These customized products hold value for you but cannot be resold to others.
Please note that custom printed goods, once returned, have no resale value and are recycled.
Additionally, all designs for print jobs are provided by you or your client. We do not offer design and layout services, nor do we charge for them. If you place a print order and later decide that the fonts or colors are not to your liking, or if there is a spelling mistake or content error, the responsibility lies with you. Due to the high volume of jobs, we do not review the content within the prints.
As a result, returns are not accepted at Zenith Print Solutions as they might be in a retail store.
However, we stand firmly behind our print quality. If there is any deficiency in our work, we will reprint or replace your job immediately.

To prevent any unpleasant surprises, you can request a sample to verify our quality. We are confident that our print quality will meet your expectations. If you are concerned about the print quality, we can print a small batch of your job in your presence. If you are not satisfied, you can walk away with no questions asked.
Eligibility for Print Job Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, please ensure the following:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to an oversight on our part.
The replacement/reprint policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange
