Customers are encouraged to request a sample print to verify quality before placing a large order.
5. Proofing and Approval
Customers must review and approve all proofs before printing. Once approved, Zenith Print Solutions is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the final print.
Any changes or corrections after approval may incur additional charges.
6. Payment Terms

7. Delivery and Shipping

8. Returns and Replacements
Custom printed goods are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged due to an oversight by Zenith Print Solutions.
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide proof of purchase and report the issue within 15 days of receiving the order.
9. Liability
Zenith Print Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our print services.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the print order in question.
